Our tattooing pigments are made from quality pigments consisting of inorganic iron oxide based powders. We purchase our powders from a variety of commercial sources, however the difference with buying through Emerald City speaks for itself We have our own special formula for the dispersion solution giving our pigments a heavy density and quality. It's the extra attention to the mixing details that we feel makes the difference between our colors and those available elsewhere.
